Black Olive Tapenade
We make this paste, using the traditional French recipe. It starts with mission olives, garlic, anchovies and capers and then we add our secret ingredients to make this a very tasty and popular paste.

Black Olive Paste
This is actually a vegetarian Tapenade (no anchovies). It contains garlic, capers and herbs and just as tasty.

Smoked Olive Paste
We use our hickory smoked olives, garlic, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of chilli.

Mediterranean Olive Pesto
This is our most popular paste containing Mission olives (with sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese) , lots of fresh basil and a hint of Peppadews. No garlic in this one.

Moroccan Olive Paste
The recipe for this unique paste was handed down to me by a visitor from Morocco. It contains salt cured olives, garlic, chilli, coriander seeds and special herbs to make this strong, harissa-like, exciting paste.

Green Olive Pesto
We use green Manzanilla olives, lots of almonds, garlic, lemon rind, basil and rocket for this fresh tasting paste.
